PRIVACY AGREEMENT

Our contractual agreement includes the following privacy statements:

"The parties agree that neither shall disclose in any manner, directly or indirectly, or in whole or in part, to anyone not a party to this Agreement, any information concerning the business, operations, finances, property, suppliers or vendors, contracts, processes, policies, plans or procedures of the other parties to any person or entity not party to this Agreement, whether such information is obtained in connection with the services provided by REFUND$HIPPING.COM or obtained in any other manner or form.  Any such information obtained by either party shall be and remain confidential, and the parties agree not to disclose or divulge any such information at the time the services are provided or at any time thereafter."
