HOW IT WORKS...
1. You provide us via e-mail with your weekly
tracking invoices from FedEx, FedEx Ground, UPS and DHL.
2. You provide us with your account contact information (e-mail and name).
3. Once we receive your weekly tracking invoices, we download and run a
report of all eligible late shipment refunds.
4. After the report of all eligible refunds is generated, we submit the
request for the refund to the respective carrier.
5. Your company receives a credit for the refunds.
6. We bill your company each month for our contingency fee.
